I would take it a step further and suggest a modern day 'Year of Jubilee', the discharge of all debt, public and private. A fresh start, it is in the Bible. The way to do this today is laid out in my ebook, Hard Seed. The elevator version is, a 10% wealth tax on all entities, an estimated 62 trillion dollars which we do not bother to collect we simply go to the FED and open an account with 62 trillion and proceed to pay off all debt. This will trigger at least 50 years of prosperity, peace universal brotherhood.
