Systemic Racism is any law, regulation, rule or procedure that is connived of or used to control, punish, criminalize or disenfranchise from the vote.

It is all about Agency, the Right to Vote. Without the Agency of the Vote there is Systemic Racism. This racism is not about Race. It is about Power. If you want to find systemic racism look at the laws.

Politicians can no longer openly say they are racist, that is considered ‘Immoral’ and wrong, but when they pass a law that is used to harm and penalize folks it is considered ‘moral’ because no one should break any law. They use the law to hide their evil mischief.

Systemic Racism is any law, regulation, rule or procedure that is used to control, punish, criminalize or disenfranchise particular groups and populations. To prevent the Vote, to stifle political change.

The Marijuana Laws were passed to disenfranchise from the vote, Mexicans, Blacks and Hippies as is well documented. Marijuana arrest are the largest, most numerous cause of criminalization and disenfranchisement. Ending the Pot Prohibition would do more to destroy institutionalized racism than any other thing that can be done.

America was conceived of as a Glory Hole to Institutional Racism. White, folk came from Europe to create the most famous example of Systemic Racism in the world.

The Constitution as originally penned, memorialized and gave structure to a system designed to control and oppress non whites. It codified Slavery, miscegenation, and the Ethnic cleansing of the Indians. And outlawed women suffrage. The original constitution was an abomination if you were not a white land owner.

We need a Constitutional Convention to enshrine Universal Birthright and cleanse the system of corrupt and conceived of in sin laws.
